Welcome to the ACS IWC Online Journal

The objective of this online journal is to provide a participative and informative forum for what we hope will grow into an increasingly productive virtual conversation about the activities and policies of the International Whaling Commission (IWC).  We will facilitate the online discussion by sharing what over four decades of organizational  experience have taught us and continue to teach us about the most controversial and influential intergovernmental body responsible for the conservation of whales and the management of whaling.
